Strange! Been using PP frequently in India for quite some time but never saw any charges.Mah man i checked that time only guests where 0.
I did ask the customer care guy, he told me that yes there where no guest vist but just swipping priority in india was chargeable.We had a separate thread where a user used his SBI CC PP outside India and was charged. Although PP usage wasn't free in India for his SBI card, he was charged at an airport outside India because the entry in Priority pass system was being reflected as card being used in India. They managed to capture it wrong somehow since he was travelling back to India.
Not sure in your case what might have been screwed up in this similar way else you wouldn't have been charged I guess.
Did they select number of guests as 1 for each of your card swipe while number of guests should have been 0 for each swipe?
I heard that HDFC has paid Priority pass (the company) a huge amount for unlimited Priority pass lounge access within India and outside India, for all Priority passes issued against INFINIA and it's add on cards.

The lounge might also have notoriously added on one of the 3 PPs. There is no pin based validation and that can be exploited by them.Just called again this time customer care guy told me that 3 guest charges have been added on my priority pass, but i clearly remember that no guests where added and each person did his own swipe, how to give them the proof now, don't have the slip with me now it's been 4 months, little shits have charged me 8500 for 3 guests.
Had the same problem at Pune lounge, they added a guest even though I was alone. I spotted it before leaving the lounge. They assured me the guest access would be voided but ofcourse I had to leave to catch my flight, and surprise surprise, it never was voided. Seems like a good scam that way, when you know that your customers are limited by time, and can't just get a hold of you in the future easily. Thankfully my PP had guest access, otherwise I was looking at a 3k bill myself for their mistake. Ever since, I always check the receipt before moving on.

The only way is for you to write ZERO guest in bold block capitals on the slip (next to guests).but for this mistake is there any way out? bcuz they wont give u in writing that there was no guest or the charges will be waived... then how to tackle this?
