I recently opted for Uni Paycheck Pro offer which gives me 50k every month to be paid back after 15 days.
After opting for it my CIBIL score dropped from around 830 to 730.
Could it be any correlation?
How do I check various CIBIL enquiries?
Can someone guide please?

Checking cibil score is fine, but how do u confirm that an enquiry has been generated like what is done while applying for Credit Cards.

Check Financial institution name and date. If you have applied credit card on those dates then it's done by you.
