Call CC and ask them to send NEO Rupay card offer SMS to your mobile..
In this SMS you will find whether you have LTF offer or it is a chargeable offer…

When I called them they could not see any LTF offer for me in their system, but when he sent the SMS I could see that it’s in fact LTF and I gave the consent by giving the OTP on that offer link…

This could be useful for someone to have an axis LTF cc without applying for it

recently the discount code 'AXISNEO' is not working for me... IDK why but intially it worked for 4-5 times, but now i tried on different restaurant and different location, different date. it didnt worked. Read of similar issues on web, they contacted both zomato and ax-e-s CC both said we dont have any idea why its not working.

not even once sucessfully, tried 2-3 times but it said "Promocode is Not valid" tried on different restaurants, different dates, different locations, minimum amount achieved all the times.

yes, using in payments coupon section. Tried right now also, NOW it is saying "You have used the max limit of this card. Please try another card". whereas i haven't used (wasn't able to use) this card this month and also not used in this statement cycle.

Interesting, thanks; will give it a break for 2-3 months and will use after that if it doesn't work then also, than will replace the card. or will ask my wife to get one NEO Rupay card. 😉

Righty said. Replacing right now will be a blunt solution, it will not surface whats wrong with the "coupon not valid" thing. I being not in dire need of getting 120 Rs zomato discount, can take the chance to wait n watch/cooldown in order to more clarify the issue, solution to which will help many. As i have used this offer/code every month twice for many months before this month.

Maybe axis/zomato have some shadow limit in long spans of time. May be this shadow limit is on account level and replacing card might not help.
