Got an email from axis about the offer of 5% cashback as cheq chips if axis credit card bill is paid through cheq. But I only got 1% cashback. Which is default cashback.

Only 2 slots??? Two times during offer period? Anyway I will wait for 3 more days in the hope of getting 4% extra cb as promised.

One more question: I used debit card as a payment method. The transaction was successful but they are saying it may take 2 days for settlement. So my question is : I am experiencing this settlement delay because of using debit card? or this is CheQ's normal settlement time (In my experience most of the Cred and Mobikwik settlement were instant)

Depends on the card that you paid for. I have noticed that my Axis & ICICI payments are posted very quickly (within few mins). Only this time they posted after a day but thats understandable because of the year end.
Settlement (actual transfer of money) might take 2 days but generally payments are posted instanteously for most cards. If not, then wait for 2 days to pass and then check.

Update: Now I have more than 4000 cheq chips. But In a calender month i can redeem maximum of 1000 (100 rs) against credit card bills
