Cheq disabled cash conversion?

I don't see the option to convert cheq coins to cash. The hell is this?.

I am glad and lucky, converted to cash last week and uninstalled the app. Still have 3 coins left.

Anyone tried paying a bill lately? I'm not seeing the option to use CheQ coins as cash.. Usually 1 coin = Rs. 0.25.
Also, yesterday when I tried paying a bill by using the pay together feature, then I couldn't pay via debit card, but when choosing to pay only 1 CC bill, then the debit card option showed

Stop using Cheq! why do you want to pay 0.20 when you earn only 0.25? on top of that if you pay bill of 1100 they charge you 2 Rs. You are losing more than you earn!

Stop using Cheq! why do you want to pay 0.20 when you earn only 0.25? on top of that if you pay bill of 1100 they charge you 2 Rs. You are losing more than you earn!

I don't pay anything. I wait for when they have a free offer, such as Fi debit card or visa debit card. And, I don't pay a bill of just 1100, I collect all and pay together, Rs. 99 is less than 0.1%

If you are paying bill of 50k+, why are you not using HDFC billpay? Get a HDFC saving account (unless you have something better or similar DC). It is worth it. 4 months back I used to use cheq. You can try mobikwik, every month there is one time use coupon code which gives you 0.1-0.2% cb (other than FULLPAY). On top of that you can pay with DC without any charges. Get 3-4 mobikwik account. I suggest paying 10k in each account for max benefit.
Note: Even if you are using pay together, cheq calculates charges for each card separately.

I tried the hdfc option, for some reason, the Bill desk payment always failed, for 3 different cards. Failed as in, money was debited, but the payment to the CC failed. Money was refunded after 5 working days. Some issues with bill desk. Does it work well for you?

Yes, It does. Paying through app fails but through web site it never failed for me.
