Hello,

I tried CheQ app and paid a bill of my SBI credit card of 1300rs and it gave 1% CheQ coins.

Right now it's in testing mode and to download the app you will get an invitation ( email/whatsapp from CheQ ).

what about settlement is it instant? can we pay via debit card?
Debit card option is there. depend on the credit card type, the transfer depends. When I did Amex, it is instant. For Axis, Standard Chartered CC, it is taking up to 24 hours to reflect. But payment date is reflecting as our payment date in CheQ. Doing small amounts just incase..

No. But when i tried paying credit card bill, app is also asking Expiry and CVV. I don't know why they need it, so i didn't pay the bill via this app.
But according to RBI guidelines no 3rd party company can store card details.
If someone has to store the card details then it has to be tokenized first, and that's what cred does while saving card details directly.

If this app isn't following the guidelines then something might be fishy.
But if it's storing it in tokenized for it think there's no harm, as tokenization it's is enough for card security.

Yes, it did ask for expiry and cvv and also made 2rs payment first and then I paid my actual bill.
What are the payment options available??
Is it like cred??
