Hello,

I tried CheQ app and paid a bill of my SBI credit card of 1300rs and it gave 1% CheQ coins.

Right now it's in testing mode and to download the app you will get an invitation ( email/whatsapp from CheQ ).

I tried couple of payments, Citibank and SBI with small amounts got credited almost instantly. Whereas, payment to ICICI CC of 71K is not reflecting in CC account for the last 2 working days.

Its more than a week. They first removed 250 voucher 15-20 days ago then removed entire bigbasket a week ago. The moment they removed bigbasket 250 voucher, I switched to Mobikwik + HDFC Platinum DC.

Same problem , even after 4 days bill not settled for Stan C. No response from Twitter support.

I made a payment towards Axis credit card bill through CheQ on 1st of April and it got settled on 4th April. All other card payments were instant.

Sometimes its instant for ICICI cards. incase it doesn't get credited instantly it will take exactly 3 working days to reflect

I made a payment towards Axis credit card bill through CheQ on 1st of April and it got settled on 4th April. All other card payments were instant.

yes due to financial year end all transactions done on 30, 31st, 1st and even a few transactions of 2nd were routed through BPPS that's why it take 3workind days to reflect. Nevertheless, the date of payment on your card will reflect as the actual date you made the payment (not the date it got credited)

I faced an issue with Mobikwik to BOB payment. The transaction was left in pending state for almost 3 days and then failed.

Good news, the latest update from CheQ has an option to remove the card.

yes it has.
but now the devaluation begins.
most of the voucher are now 0.50 paisa per 1 cheq chip which was previously 1:1.
soon cheq will also be ome useless like cred.

Some Debit cards r not working on Cheq. My HDFC Business card didn't work. Platinum cards r working fine.

are you a savings account holder or current account holder in hdfc?
