Now it notifies real time when an enquiry occurs via SMS instead of email.

Most users often miss e-mails, this is useful now.

Yes, without subscribing but they send late for unsubscribed individuals. I received after 10 days of actual inquiry date.

Yes It's late. My inquiry was made on May 6th, but I received the SMS on May 11th.

Why can't the enquirers be required by the RBI to obtain explicit consent beforehand from the person whose credit report is sought to be accessed?!

Good move. Now need to introduce hard enquiry lock feature like adhaar. (But unlike adhaar it must be easy to lock & unlock. )
