CIBIL Refresh Everyday using ICICI WM Account in Andriod iMobile App - Trick...
For me it shows a refresh after 45 days 😭
Yes, this feature is specific to Iphone, it seems.
Here are the screen shots of the Andriod App in comparision to the Iphone IOS App...
Where as the screen shots of Iphone IOS App look like below....
It is interesting to see in the Iphone app also it says the next refresh date is in 45 days...
I will try to refresh my score in a week or two in Iphone again , when my CIBIL score changes. This will confirm whether it is a dynamic refresh or not....
BTW, it was never a chargeable service for me as a WM Account holder.....

I don't think they mean any deliberate insults to any group of customers.
More happier customers more business to them...
May be it is due to the fine differences of functionlaities of the two platforms or some design issues..etc

Here is an update...
Let us stay in the refresh part in the Android App itself for the time being....( I will check later in IOS)..
Now that my CIBIL score has changed( I checked in CIBIL website), I wanted to see how it is reflected in Andriod imobile App,
As usual in the intial banner it is showing my previous scroe i.e. 777 like below:
However, when I clicked, 'Manage' butoon , voila... it has refreshed automatically and reflected my new score i.e. 789.
So, it seems that we dont't need to wait for 45 days for a fresh refresh... If we click on manage button, it gets refreshed in Andriod App also. I didn't know this before...
where as in my previous refresh i.e. on 30 May , it says my next refresh is on 14th July. but I could refresh in barely 2 days on June1 in Andriod App itself.
Let us stay in the refresh part in the Android App itself for the time being....( I will check later in IOS)..

Yes . you are right.
Here the trick is 'Manage' button. Normally we look for 'Refresh' button to get the latest report. When we click on 'Manage' it automatically goes and fetches the new report IF there is a change in the report....
sometimes I too experienced it does not refresh, try tomorrow. At least today I fetched it.
if last refresh was less than 24 hours it won't refresh.
But in my case, I refreshed last week, still not refreshing.
About an hour ago I refreshed it in Andriod App, it got refreshed.. Please see my above posts
