CIBIL REPORT HAS RANDOM LOAN ON MY REPORT

Dear All,
There is some random loan on CIBIL REPORT, the loan is from JFSL it says loan closed yet CIBIL says payment missed. I checked this on the OneScore app, it caused major drop. I have never taken this loan nor do I know why it is there on my report.

Please suggest step by step process to get it removed from my CIBIL report

1st figure out who reported it,
If it says JFSL, it doesnt have to be jfsl
JFSL could be a loan partner of some company
Even if u have taken any paylater service, it shows as loan

For example in my case, i took loan from amazon , in my cibil karur vyasa reported as loan

But if it is jfsl, contact them with details

I closed all my paylater. I never had any with 1L limit. Plus the loan shows as business loan

Also you can go through the CIBIL Dispute Resolution process which is also very effective. Just google it and add the report details along with your credentials. CIBIL replies within 2-days and has a TAT for 30 days for dispute resolution.

I have tried it and it's very effective. The only thing is a proper explanation of the issue is the right way to go.

I think JFSL stands for Jio Financial services limited.
