CIBIL Report Help needed

Hello Community,

I received an email from CIBIL with another person's details and CIBIL Report attached in it.

However, I can not open the document.

I think this is because my email ID is used for another account.

How do I deal with this? Please suggest.

Call CIBIL helpline and inform them +91-22-6140 4300. Best will be to write an email and document this, which will safeguard you against any adverse effect on your CIBIL report

Go to Cibil page and click on contact us. There is an option of Write to us and use that link to report the issue

There is no issues with email.
I get my mother cibil report on my email.
Even my cousin

So nothing as threat in such


But if person is not related to you atleast u see first name right

Yes, I can see the name of the person.

I am in no way related to that person. Hence I am a little worried.
