Hi Members,

  • I have been facing this issues recently from past 6 months + I need some guidance to resolve this issue wrt to my cibil score not factoring in all my accounts (credit card, loans, etc) - (0/6)
  • It is just factoring in the enquiries I made for credit card, loan enquiry, but my active account is missing in the dashboard I checked it via official cibil website - paisabazar and 3/4 platforms
  • In experian, equifax it is showing all my accounts like (HDFC CC, AMEX CC, Home Loan via Axis, Personal Loan ongoing active accounts) & hence I feel my score is also showing correctly
  • If some one could guide help me it will be really helpful how to correct this it in cibil (I had also tried emailing cibil team they inform on call that you need to inform to your banks they will update all these info, but all these things should be done by there own respectively)
  • Attaching the snapshot also for better reference (Not able to attach images 🙁) If possible please DM me how to get it fixed pls

Is your registered mobile number same in all credit and Loans account?
If yes, then issue is different.
Sometimes if your mobile number is different then it will not fetch cibil score.
you can check your cibil at cibil official website also once a year, if still not showing then contact cibil.

You have to contact to your respective bank that your loan account and cc account not reflecting in cibil, if they reporting to cibil they will let you know.
If they reporting to cibil, then contact cibil about this that banks reporting all loan data to cibil and please correct it at your end.
If banks not reporting then ask them to report to cibil also.

It looks like your CIBIL report isn’t updating your active accounts properly, which is frustrating, especially since Experian and Equifax are reflecting them correctly. Since CIBIL relies on banks and lenders to report data, the best approach would be to raise a dispute directly with CIBIL through their official portal.

At the same time, visit or contact your bank's credit department and request them to report your updated credit history to CIBIL. Sometimes, banks take time to send data, but following up consistently can help. Since you've already emailed CIBIL and they redirected you to the banks, try escalating the issue by visiting a branch in person.

Also, ensure your PAN is correctly linked across all accounts because mismatches can cause reporting issues. Keep monitoring your CIBIL score and check if the updates reflect in the next 30-45 days.

It’s annoying that this doesn’t happen automatically, but persistence is key. Hope you get this sorted soon!
