So I have been using an HDFC regalia credit card since November '22. Now in the first month, I spent around 35k, and in the 2nd month(December) I had a bill of 2Lakh, post that my billed amount has never crossed 50k.
I know that HDFC does not report the total limit (3 Lakhs in my case) to CIBIL but my CUR has been less than 30% in all months. how do I find out why my CIBIL score has been reduced? (it was 782 when I checked in March, is 770 now in May) checked using Gpay.
Also, when I try registering myself on the CIBIL website, it says that my phone number is already being used so I cannot see the full report.
