Citi Bank CC migration to Axis Bank

Yes, they told me as well. But now on following up, they said the limits will not be merged at all!
Do not go by their words.
This team is different. I was told a similar thing when I raised the complaint for this just after the merger.
But suddenly that day I received this SMS.

Which team are you talking about? The latest response I got was :
"
We regret to inform you that customers whose customer IDs have been manually combined post-migration (i.e., on July 15, 2024) will not be eligible for credit limit aggregation.

Additionally, you can take advantage of the current Axis bank credit card aggregate limit. The credit limit on the Citi credit card that was transferred to Axis will remain the same as it was on the Individual card.

Note: You will be able to view the credit limits accordingly via IB/MB channels.

If there was any possibilities, we would have surely done it for you."

I meant they are not some team which You can connect via email.

I have 4 cards and all have different limits. If you are in the same situation, they should merge the limits. Citi + Axis Max limit. I would suggest to wait till 30th Sept.

In my case, they merged the accounts and limits also got merged. But in the process, they messed up the linked mobile no and also the correspondence address. All my cards (axis & citi) stopped working as no OTP was coming After taking up 2-3 times, the mobile linking was finally rectified. But the address issue remains. All my stmts, both existing Axis and migrated Citi are now containing a blank address with only the PIN of my work address. The customer care fellow said that there is no option to change this online or via phone banking to my residence address and I would need to physically visit a branch and fill out manual form to change the mailing address from "work" to "home".
