Citibank credit card bill payment issue using hdfc billpay

I made citi card payment on 9th Feb using HDFC bill pay service, which is not credited yet. I checked in citi mobile app and website. Due date was 12th Feb.
Any one facing this issue? whom to check for the delay?

customer care said it will be credited by tomorrow. Safe side, i paid again using CRED, credited instantly.. Received payment confirmation sms from Citi as well. Hope i won't be charged late fees.. 🤞

Citibank 2-3 din delay maaf kar deta hai specially agar aapka record accha hai.

After Axis takeover story might be different.
