Just tried sending whatsapp message to Citi with YES CLI and got limit enhancement by 50%.

Previous enhancements were done in june 2023 and december 2022.

Existing card holders are getting services but soon they will also be moved to axis portfolio

Getting new citi card is not possible now, only upgrade/downgrade you can do if you have citi card

I called Citi helpline, and asked them to cancel the card

The agent informed me that starting April, the existing customers will start receiving Axis CC offers to switch

So I decided not to cancel, and wait until April

I will definitely miss Citibank for it's brilliant customer service. I got Citi Rewards in 2015 with a limit of 80k and now my Prestige is sitting on a mammoth of 25L limit.

Rare to see such higher limits in Citi.

I am worried how will they handle the Citi customers. Atleast they don't lose out the most trained and professional Citi Bank Operations and Customer care service team and deploy them to handle premium accounts, premium cards.
