Updated my iMobile app to 26.1 - Android..

Found LE on my gemstone cards ( Sapphiro etc) from 15L to 18L
And on my Amazon from 7.7L to 18L..

Pre approved remained the same .. PVC emeralde paid - Visa and MC and HPCL..

Check yours.. in the new version app (26.1) ..

So it's true that if you hold any premium Card banks are more generous while offering CLE.

ICICI Customer care people told me this multiple times while trying to sell the fyf sapphiro

For me the scenario is different...i have their zero balance salary account where salary was last credited in Jan 2020, after that i usually keep balance less than 1000 there but its still zero balance, I have 4 cards HPCL, Hpcl coral ltf , amazon pay ltf, coral ltf, still i get decent limit enhancement like 1 month ago it was increased from 7 lakhs to 9 lakhs..in 2019 started with icici limit of 50k.

Are you practising start and stop technique?? as suggested by me several times before for a couple of years..
Previously Several users reported that this technique worked for them….
it should work now also

Now I will practice only stop technique. I spent 8 lakhs in last 6 months with Emeralde. Limit is 6.5 lakhs.

It should be more like 1 month of extensive usage and 2 to 3 months of no or very very minimal usage and again repeat the same.. in some months there should be no spends

I wont spend a dime for remaining 6 months. Then if they do not convert to LTF or upgrade, will say tata to Emeralde.

That is wrong..
use it for 1 month and stop using it for 3 months..
And this is the best practice..

6 months is too long

You need the same pattern at least for 1 year..
1 month of extensive usage and 2 to 3 months of no usage .. for at least a year..

4 to 5 months is not long enough

Earlier I received LE without any strategy...
I was using my cards regularly....
from 30k limit when it was issue in 2021 to 5L in mid 2023, I received generous CLE pretty regularly but now it seemed like they are ghosting me

Now ICICI started sending email notficiations for CLE.. It is in Promotions tab in my gmail..
The limit enhancement has validity also.. my offer is valid until Sept 20 only.. which is shorter in my opinion..

I got le from 15L to 18L..

I reduced the spend limit to 9L out of 18L granted limit hoping 9L will be reported to cibil there by reducing the impact on overleverage concept..
I will update here the actual reported amount to the CIBIL

I don't think changing spend limit in app will be reported to CIBIL, AFAIK you have to change credit limit in NetBanking.

I had spend limit for 2-3 months. Full limit is reported on CIBIL.

Yes.. this was what I heard.. some people mentioned the spend limit was reported and some say it was not reported and hence I will wait and see what happens in my case..

A very few people reported this hat their updated spend limit was reported in CIBIL
