hi on may i closed my tata neu card but in netbanking it is still showing active but in mobile app it is showing inactive

if its showing inactive in mobile app .. take a ss and deregister the card from net banking and chill

hardly takes 1 to 1.5 month for Hdfc bank

i have paid freedom card using it for 7 months already did total spends of 50000 in 7 months if i request hdfc to make my card ltf will they entertain it or i will wait and tell them next year because already i did spends of 50 k for annual fee waiver

Its depend on hdfc bank you can request and try your luck

If you have a HDFC account and a RM call them and ask them to manually close it. I did the same thing for my 6 year old card.

I have a similar situation as I did not activate the HDFC credit card due to misleading products but it is still showing active in my net banking. Though it is not reported in my Cibil but it is showing active status in net banking. Could someone help what should I do to get it removed from net banking?
