Closed loan showing active in cibil all of a sudden

I checked my cibil today and an old bajaj finserv consumer loan closed in 2018 is showing active all of a sudden. All my earlier cibil reports have the said loan as closed account.

Raise a dispute only has one option of this loan account does not belong to me. Clicking that would be meaningless i think as it did belong to me but has been closed for almost 7-8 years. How is it active now all of a sudden?

Is there a direct email to contact cibil dispute team as clicking on raise a dispute is giving only 1 option to choose.
Any thoughts on how i should proceed are welcome.
Thanks in advance.

First mail Bajaj Finserv with your CIBIL report.

Not a good idea to share my cibil with Bajaj finserv. What's the rational?
no need to share full report share first page & account page only from your CIBIL report. if you not share both pages then they unable to solve your query.( According to my past experience with multiple banks)

If you are checking it using onescore app then ignore it
otherwise contact lander, if lander does not do anything, raise it to RBI
