Complained against HDFC RM. What should be my next step?

3 days ago I complained to HDFC Preferred customer care that I wanted a physical RM because my current virtual one takes a day to call back. Talks extremely lazily and half in Gujarati which pisses me off since I hate the way she talks and I have a hard time understanding her.
She took a year and 3 branch visits to complain to get my mom linked in my family account.
Sent me the incorrect form for Joint owner instead when I wanted to change my name in the bank.
Only called so that I could give her that positive feedback on mail.

Now I have received 13-18 calls in the last two days. I am not picking up since I don’t want to deal with her bullshit. I have complained to PNO today and said that I will be moving my assets to Axis if I keep having this trouble.
What confuses me is that HDFC tells the RM about a customer’s complaints towards them which would make their behavior even worse towards that particular customer in the future, who is me in this case. What can be done? I have about 65lk in FD in this bank.
 
Yes. If they have multiple rms in branch. Semi urban/rural branch have 1 /2 classic rm. Small Urban branch have 1/2 preffered rm. Only bigger branch have multiple preffered/imperia rms.
My branch is in Vizag and my virtual RM is in HYD ,
How should i go about requesting for a Local RM

I am your personal banker do call me anytime for banking needs
Don't mail or call customer care


I did complaint to classic customer mail

What I understand after that is
Even if we compliant against rm on email
These guys transferred that email to rm and they do their emotional blackmail like meri job chali jayegi wgaarh wgarah


I think branch change se rm badal jata hai?
Maybe I am wrong
 
My branch is in Vizag and my virtual RM is in HYD ,
How should i go about requesting for a Local RM
Just send a mail that you prefer branch banking and want some one in branch assigned as rm with whom you can have face to face conversation. If your bm seems helpful and knowledgeable about hdfc internal systems, then you can ask to assign your bm as rm.

Else go have a chat with bigger/main branch in city, ask who is preffered rm. Have a talk with him or bm. Tell him you are ready to shift branch, but these are your expectations/requirement.

One big problem in banking is many people change jobs frequently. So they don't bother learning full system. So when you are assessing rm/bm, casually ask how long they have been with same bank or the previous one.

What I do after that is
If I have surplus few lakhs for like 15-20 days
I do fd by calling and taking his employee code
That way wo bhi thanda rehta hai
And mai apna kaam bhi karwa leta hu


I have made a deal with him that I will use his employee code everytime I do fd Rd

He has to make sure ki me and my family remains in vishesh program even after not maintaining balance

To which he agreed
And also even in worst case I got downgrade

That day I will deposit 1 lac and then will call bm to approve my request for upgrade again and cycle continues


And also to avoid shampoo lelo sabun lelo behaviour of sales person i.e rm
I have instructed him not to call me and my family

I will call if in need any help

Or visit branch -& see the butiful or anyone u like & tell them u want them as rm
 
Yeah this is what I am doing this Sunday. I have gotten the BM’s number so will just give him a call and tell him to get me upgraded.

Having a partner should not stop you from appreciating beauty from a distance. Looking at and hearing beautiful things will only make your day better hehe

First ask why you have not been converted to imperia any customer with more than 50 Lakh in a branch gets a very privileged service 😛
Changing RM is dam easy has every one said
My hometown has single equitas sfb branch.
My family has more than abovesaid amount in Deposits with them ;started relationship with them with NIYOX.
BM treats us like lord and does the RM role , upgraded all our accounts to their Elite Program ( useless) by themselves.

At one instance My dad had to sign a cheque, he forgot the exact signature ( has different signatures for different banks).
I called up the BM , he instantly sent the signature over whatsapp.

The thing to note is the money we have in their banks


One cannot get vip service with 0 balance and that's true
