Hi,
1. I am having problems in buying gift vouchers from giftedge and grabdeals since January 2024. Initially the problem was restricted to buying amazon pay vouchers only but now it has extended to buying all vouchers. After entering card details the OTP page doesn't load and otp is not triggered and transaction fails. Repeated mails and calls to axis bank premium support and normal support have failed to bring about any resolution. Traveledge is working fine.
2. I had booked and cancelled tickets through traveledge. Refund has not yet been processed even after 3 weeks. Repeated calls and mails to no avail.
It would be great if someone can point out on how to resolve these 2 issues

Always buy Grabdeals with cookies enabled and an empty cart.

Check if your mobile service provider is the problem or some network issue.
Keep your Wi-Fi off and mobile data on.
Disable roaming.
Disable any virtual private network

Also ask Axis to send you OTP by email

will check the cookies part and disable roaming.
I have 2 sim cards from vi and jio. Have changed them and tried. Tried with both mobile data and wifi and don't use VPN. so none of those seem to be the issue. And I receive otp by both mail and sms for all transactions. But otp is not being triggered at all for these.

Try entering a wrong OTP before entering correct OTP.If that doesn't work,escalate it on twitter or report to RBI Ombudsman.
