Concierge by magnus

I regd for magnus concierge service on 1st jun. My flight on 4th jun 9 am from mangalore to bengaluru. I plan to reach airport by 6.40 am as myself and wife has health issues and cannot walk fast. We always reach 3 hrs prior. The time give for meet and assist is 7.40 am. They say that airport authority gave the time 7.40 and its not them to select time. I have raised a complaint to axisbankconcierge@europ-assistance.in, conciergeindia@aspirelifestyles.com, axisbankconcierge@aspirelifestyles.com

Any suggestions?

I guess you are talking of meet and greet airport service. For me it happened in similar manner and no complaints helped for Delhi airport. However when the greet person called on actual day around 6 hours before my flight, I requested him for my convenient time which was an hour less than the set time and he was happy to oblige

You can specify the time during the magnus meet and greet booking itself. They will honor whatever time you want.
