Confusion with ICICI Family 360 account.

How did you get the family debit card? Was it through customer care or through branch

Nope. New id was credited and then merged with my previous id

If you get the CC before SB then the CC user will be active and you have to link the CC user ID with the SB by just submitting the account linking form/via net banking.

I'm Confused. Based on your thread @cardio_guy , the savings account customer id is primary and active despite having an existing CC user id.

We can make the savings account ID as primary ID and link the credit card IDs to it. If you already had a login before opening the account, then after linking the credit card to the new savings account ID, old one stops to work. I did it myself and that is why I am telling.
