Convert ICICI Apay CC or Flipkart Axis bank CC to rupay

Dear finance Geeks,

Is it possible to convert my ICICI Apay CC or Flipkart Axis Bank CC to RuPay?
If not, which CC should I consider applying for UPI payments if my spend is 30k monthly across different merchants?

Apay and Axis Flipkart are not available on Rupay network.

You can consider Tata Neu, BOB Snapdeal, PNB Select, Axis Kiwi, IDFC Power+, SBI Simply save etc.
