Hey Folks,

Now after, not stopping here, i give a chance to test my luck in LTF conversion and bingo it worked !! 😀
So here is the details with timeline :-
On 13 March my card was upgraded and on 15 March i received the card, So on 16 March I mailed to 1st level but they didn't reply till 19 march so I escalated without waiting more to escalation but the escalation department denied my request (reply came on 20 March) , I then again escalated to grievance team on same day and they replied they are looking into the same and then on 25 march they denied stating "that they have reviewed appropriately but couldn't accept my request", Now ony, one option left i.e., PNO I mailed to PNO on 25 March but due to unknown issue automated mail not came, i again mailed on 27 March to PNO and replied came that they are looking into it and now today(31 March), they have replied that my card has been converted to lifetime free {Screenshot attached}, to assure myself i have called to phonebanking to confirm and they said the same that my card is lifetime free, Whole process took about 15 days but worth waiting..
Note- in screenshot bank has mentioned that millennia card issued in JULY 2023, actually TATA Neu PLus has been issued in that month & Year, because millennia card is upgraded so they have written that.
