Hi all
Currently I own a savings max account with hdfc and last month we opened new separate account for my wife in order to apply for add on card to my regalia with wife cust id
Now getting a thought how to merge the 2 accounts so that balance checks and maintenance will be available under single login
Or any special benefits if we link accounts together pls let me know
Note: I maintain 1.5 l fd in my account to avoid mab charges
Wife’s is basic savings with 10k bal requirements

Just follow these 4 steps and it will work:

1. Generate Otp for pin reset of primary through netbanking. The green Otp received automatically when card is issued won't work
2. Use newer touch screen atm machines. Won't work on older atms
3. Enable atm usage with 1k limit on addon through net banking
4. Enter mobile number of primary with 91 before in the newer touch screen atms

thanks for the steps, pin reset of primary will not affect my main card right?

No. Primary pin can be generated easily through app or mobile IVR. But generating for addon is a totally different story which even hdfc bank employees are not aware off. I learned after trying many times
