CPV red flag SBI

My SBI application was rejected due to an CPV red flag. Is it over for me now? Can I still apply again, or should I just give up on SBI cards?

Not correct.
CPV = Contact Point(s) Verification.

Home address and/or Office address verification. And, other contact info like office email, incorrect PIN code....
