i have same experience with cred when cred launch i used it for paying all my credit card bills but as there is no reward and i open burgundy account whose debit card gave 1% points for all the credit card payment i started using it and now cred whatsapp all days payment due for these and these cards whose payment already done

any one know how to remove all data from the cred

Cred will deny even if you complain.. This is how this loan recovery system works.
Let me clarify,
Person A: Took the loan.
Person B: did the mobile recharge of PersonA
I am assuming that Person A hasn't shared PersonB's number for recovery.
Cred called Person B without obtaining consent for sharing the information with a third party.
Person B can file an FIR/cyber security complaint against Cred as it seems.

I am saying Cred will deny they have assigned any recovery agent for this..
