on 21st January evening Sunday 7:21 PM i have made a education Fee Payment on Cred Platform through my ICICI Amazon Pay Credit Card. Same shown Successful on 2:02 AM on 22nd January.
The Account i paid was ending with xxxxx1409, but the account it deposited is showing on Cred App as xxxxx0409, i have only mentioned account details of the beneficiary as the Mobile No. & IFSC Code of Beneficiary was Optional.
Now CRED claim that the IFSC in which amount got credit is UCBA0002913 which is in Karnataka, i contacted the branch manager of said branch and he confirmed that in his branch no such transaction took place, also i got confirmation from the Bank of my Beneficiary i.e. UCBA0001883 which is in Jaipur, both the banks has confirmed that there is No transaction
amounting to Rs. 75000 with UTR No. YESB40228825943, Now CRED is not giving the details of the Recipient, without which we can't trace the money. I can not dispute the transaction as payment was initiated by CRED to wrong recipient or god knows the transaction is failed.
i have contacted CRED CC multiple times through out the day but they are not able to give the bank details. request TF Community to help me to get the escalation email id and of Kunal Shah. @TechnoFino request you to Help it is 75000. i have already done a complaint in cyber Cell.
