hi, I've applied for Amazon Pay ICICI CREDIT Card last month, Completed VKYC successfully, Application got rejected after 4-5days. fine. Apply after 180days.
After a month, In Oct got a call from ICICI team said application got rejected due to Technical issues. & asked me for convenient time for scheduling In person KYC. & on KYC day, no update . Waited for 2-3days & complained the same. They said backend team will see to it as details aren't getting fetched & all. Received a SMS that application rejected, pls apply after 6months (180days).
Contacted Customer Support, they said it might have been temporary rejection & now it has been rejected permanently
, apply after 6months.
Can't apply the same for 6months from date of 1st rejection of card. Now nearly 45days extra I've to wait. Is it common? anyone faced same issue like this?
