Regalia Gold Credit balance reversal

Hey,

i had purchased a HDFC life policy for the infinia upgrade for 250k, which didnt work out. hence had requested for a cancellation during the free look period. Now the problem is tht the refund's come to the card itself, but HDFC is not transferring the amount back to the account. They're saying either use it or send a letter via post to their Chennai office which will take 10/15 days easy.
I tried using some balance via upi via mobikwik or something , the transaction is getting rejected since hdfc is doubting its a suspicious transaction.
any help of how to get it reversed apart from swiping it for 250k and getting cash but paying 2.5% fees.

Ntn went wrong. I didnt get any communication from the bank end. The rm told me that hell get
Me infinia if i take an insurance. He was dodging me after
Getting the policy. Upgrade request dala hai ayega n all that. 7/10 days. He was basically trying that the free look period gets over and then say that the card didnt get approved.
Ive sent the docs to chennai for limit increase also. Been over 2 weeks. Havent heard from

1. Has the statement been generated and dues paid?
2. Do you have a savings account with HDFC?

PS - I have a savings account with HDFC and received refund on my HDFC card after bill generation and payment. I got an SMS to update bank details for transfer of excess balance. I updated it and it reflected in my account in 2 days.

Submit form at branch, they send to Chennai in 5 days.
Or use snappay like apps which has very less fees

Don't ever walk into the trap of folks promising Infinia for Insurance etc. Try only if you think you are eligible or close enough to get some exception.
