Credit card application stuck

As shown in the screenshots below, I've filled up all the details in my card application but still it doesn't let me proceed with the application beyond the employer details page. Does anyone know who this could be happening or how to proceed with it?

As shown in the screenshots below, I've filled up all the details in my card application but still it doesn't let me proceed with the application beyond the employer details page. Does anyone know who this could be happening or how to proceed with it?

I've had the same issue, though I had filled in my GST number. The Next button was greyed out still. I changed the pincode to my home address and let the loader(AU logo) finish. Then changed the pincode back to the office address. Was able to click the button after that
