I think SC Smart will make sense as that don't have capping on Utility spend to atleast waive off Annual Fee. But I will miss 1% cashback on bill payment of SC as it is not on BBPS.

Anyone have idea about how to get 1% for SC bill payment via HDFC Platinum or RBL Signature+ or Indusind Exclusive?

It should. Wallet Load works with Rupay Prepaid

ANQ cannot be used for wallet loads. Pineperks have blocked this. But as you mentioned, since Tradgo is 4900, it may work
