Credit card bill payment using HDFC billpay

I don't see HDFC credit card option when I try to add credit card in HDFC billpay. Any suggestions to pay HDFC credit card using billpay?

which DC you are using to pay for CC bill?

Have you got any other DC?
It's something to do with your DC.
Or they might have disabled you using DC altogether. To find out you need to test with another DC

Getting same error with sbi visa debit card from this month. Don't know what's going on.

what I heard, HDFC patching 1% cash back on credit card payments via HDFC debtcard billpay, initially transactions did go through when paid via debt card and now redemption not working for over a week now.

What do you mean by patching ... looks like a fancy word to use in every situation ...
Nothing is leaking here to patch ...

Yaa for me also ...but today I have added a new card for bill payments and it is showing verification stage ...so my question is that until the status move from verification stage to active can I pay credit card bills ??

Needed some cool off period.. you just added now..its very hot to handle by HDFC robust technology !!
Try tomorrow, even though it shows pending they will generally go thru..

Hello - I paid Magnus charges upwards of 50k+ using HDFC Bill pay on 21st Dec however payment not yet credited to my Magnus card. Got Bill Pay confirmation mail also on same day. How long does it take? Payment to another card on same day was credited same day to that card account.

Around Diwali, my 5k payment to ICICI cc took 5-6 days to get credited. So you should be able to see it in 1-2 days. Don't worry.
