TF Buzz
At the very first my Credit Card journey started with ICICI Apay and then it continues with 2nd Card HDFC Moneyback and so on, but then I to make a collection of all the bank's possible available to get, in these of all the card's I is either on a Cibil base of C2C based in short all are unsecured.

Now I thinking I taken mostly unusable or in greedyness to collection, so please suggest me the Cards that I should keep and rest to close as my expenses are meeting enough get waived off annual charges few off which are chargeable and few are LTF. below is the list of cards. please help and give suggestions.

1- ICICI Amazon Pay - LTF
2- HDFC Moneyback+ - Chargeable
3- BPCL SBI - Chargeable
4- Cashback SBI - Chargeable
5- Axis Flipkart - Chargeable
6- Axis IOCL - LTF
7- Axis Ace - Chargeable
8- RBL SaveMax BankBazar - LTF
9- Indusind Platinum - LTF
10- HDFC Millenia - Chargeable
11- IDFC classic - LTF
12- BOB Premier - LTF
13- Kotak PVR Gold - Chargeable

I would suggest close all chargeable cards.
Identify one premium card (chargeable or otherwise) and build your relationship there - earn miles, rewards (whatever is your preference).

Given the plethora of credit cards out there , there should never be a situation where your are paying money without a commensurate benefit (in my humble opinion)

You can close the below mentioned cards if you are not able to make them LTF.

HDFC Moneyback+ - Millenia should be enough for HDFC related offers and cashbacks.
BPCL SBI - Keep Cashback card for 5% cashback and SBI offers. If your online spends are less then close Cashback and keep BPCL.
Axis Flipkart - If you shop frequently from Flipkart then only keep it, else close it. Axis Ace is a better card than Flipkart.

I have no idea about Kotak PVR so can't comment.
