thanks for the reply..we tried that they rejected application stating some internal criteria and policy.
Also SBI cashback card gives 1% on utility bills

According to card's you have hdfc money-back is best suited and you can use direct billers website for payment

get any cc that has Amazon voucher offers/rewards on gyftr or any other portal.
for eg, i use diners black to buy amazon gv and get around 8.75% reward rate. then pay through this amazon balance.

Try for Axis Neo CC via CC agent...it provides 5% discount upto Rs 150 per card on payment of utility bills via Amazon pay

In that case i think it's better not to apply for any cards for a while, too many hard credit enquiries will have a negative impact on Credit score.

Try opening IndusInd Bank savings account few of their debit cards have good offers, also few people have posted that one of the debit cards of RBL Bank also has a very good reward system.
