credit card for International and Domestic lounge access

Hi,
I have axis Magnus which I can use for domestic and international lounge access. I have not been able to get an add on card.
Can you please recommend another credit card for just domestic and international lounge access. I am based out of Bangalore and would like to have a lifetime free card.

IDFC First Wealth card gives you access to I think access to 4/quater domestic & international lounge access and is LTF. You can apply online and by c2c if your existing cards have a limit of 5 lakhs and more.

also you can contact @VIMALRAJ L for the Add-on card. He might be able to help you with it.
