Credit card for tax and education payments.

I have two upcoming payments, two education payments(No gateway charges) of 80-100k combined, and one income tax payment of 100k+, which CC should I prefer? Education payment deadline is 31st May, and ITR deadline will be 31 July if I am not wrong.

Does paying income tax from apay earn 1% unlimited cashback? I believe there's a charge of around 0.93% levied by the income tax platform. So eventually reward would be almost nill, but if bill payment done through HDFC bill pay will earn 1% cashback. So effective reward rate will be ~1%.
