Credit card for tier 2 city- PRAYAGRAJ/ALLAHABAD

Dear all,

I live & work in a tier 2 city- Prayagraj aka Allahabad. I have cc from most of the big banks like HDFC(dcb & tata neu infinity), SBI(prime), icici(coral), kotak, bob.

I wanted to apply for cc's from smaller banks like IDFC, AU, RBL, etc but dont know whether they service my location or not.

Can anyone suggest how to go for these cc's or any loophole?

Rbl cards serviceable almost every where via bajaj cobranded cards.

Idfc, au doubt, once ask via twitter handles.

In the same boat, non serviceable for au,rbl,sc,amex and gives wow card only for idfc
