Credit card for ULIP payment

I have to make a ULIP payment of 6 lakhs. I have follwoing cards. Please suggest which one will be best. or any new card which I may take for best returns. I generally aim at Flight and hotel rewards.

2. Amazon Pay ICICI
3. Axis Vistara
