Any other option . i dont mind paying 1% charge.
You can use SnaPay. I have used it for transfer more than 8-9 lacs. But it's a risky app. You never now when it will stop. I used it yesterday as well to transfer Rs. 30,000. I received the amount today. You need to use T+1 and try to do it just before 12 am so that you get the amount in morning. You use Pay with rewards option.

What about the charges?

What about the charges?
I paid charges varying from 0.49% to 0.8%. But you need to use Pay with Rewards option.
And one more thing, you get rewards as well(ex: When I use Axis Flipkart credit card I get 1.5% cashback) so effectively you end up saving on all charges plus some extra cashback. But as I told it's risky app, you never know when it might get stuck. I normally do smaller amount(ex: 60k per day).

We can use Mobikwik to Pay CC bill from CC, they charge around 2.5 to 3.5% + GST.
So even for credit card bills you can just use mobikwik to rollover your credit card debt for lower interest rates than most premium Axis bank cards which are 50%+ interest p.a.
Not recommending it, just a thought.

Do these payments qualify for points accrual? If so, you can get cheap points with higher value than the fee they're charging.

Even Paytm has 3.5% charge. But these transaction comes under Wallet reload and most of the cards don't provide reward points for wallet reload.
