Credit card recommendation for Ads spend

Big Hello to all the awesome folks here in The TF community. I am new member here and currently looking for a recommendation.
I run a marketing business and do have ad spends between 50K-1L per month.

Hence, I am looking for a card suggestion for putting this spends on to achieve some milestone rewards for travel or hotel bookings.
Would love to hear the suggestions of the community members.

My current card portfolio is:
- Infinia
- Axis Magnus
- Amex MRCC
- Tata Neu Infinity
- Citi Premier Miles
- IDFC Wealth

it simple add funds if using meta ads manager i do that myself. for sbi cashback would come to know if 5% i would received or not by this month,

you won't be able to use amex cc.. since it support in the u.s and not in India and payzapp doesn't seem to be working for me. let me know if you find a way via any prepaid cc. axis magnus after heavy spend would ask for proof i don't hold no can't recommend if don't use or not. tata neu infinity it 1.5% so infinia is better. IDFC wealth nope so infinia would be better here. i don't use just one cc i keep adding funds via different cc whether it is rewarding or not. so chances of blocking is minimal.

Bro I asked you via dm and you didn't even reply. I tried so many time to pay via payzapp, swipe to pay come off but it say successful on the app but it show failed transaction in meta ads manager. What I did is adding funds of 100 rs. And it always fail.

I didn't receive any dm bro, not sure how I missed or why it isn't visible.
I have full kyc with payzapp, not sure whether that is the difference, but only swipe worked for me and otp always failed

So in meta ads payment page, if you select debit card and provide details of payzapp card, it is failing for you ?

debit or credit card are together , there isn't a option just for debit card only. and then i enter payzapp detail and swipe up to pay show up only on android phone so which too i did switch the sim and then it show successful on payzapp but it show fail. and daily & month is at max 1,00,000 so that can't be the issue. i have loaded just 104 cause i can't use payzapp balance to buy any voucher or sort and need to search within forum how to utilised balance on payzapp. i don't think balance on payzapp should be issue since I'm adding just 100 buck or even 50 doesn't work vs even 100/- work on visa cc.

Yup, just like you I tried 100 first and then around 50k in batches of 10k each

The thing is I cashback for some 12k should be 840 but it just 266 so I wasn’t sure what is going on here.

Different CC sounds like a better thing to do to hit goals on each. But would you recommend a milestone based card like HDFC marriot for this?
