Credit card that gives most cashback for "other spends"

I know cards like Airtel axis (1%), Axis Ace (2%), etc give cashback for "other spends" (except fuel, wallet loads, etc). Which credit card currently hold more % in this category?

Axis Flipkart gives 1.5 % cashback .
SBI BPCL OCTANE gi es 2.5 % if reward points are used for fuel redemption at bpcl bunks .

Axis Magnus gives 1.2% in usual circumstances, on 1l spent in a month 6.2% and it goes upto as high as 45% with terms and conditions apply!!!! But with out such headache, Millennia cc gives 1% on others, and if achieved quarterly spent, they give 1k voucher on 1l spent if i am not wrong. i have received this 1k voucher several times with out actually noticing that i have spent 1l during last quarter!

There is one new card 😀 HDFC IRCTC it give 1% for everything and 500 INR voucher if you spend 30,000 in 90 days on anything (Including rent and education) ..But platform is under developement

Yes i have the card .. But till date even HDFC doesn't know how redeem points
