Bank ne already utility, wallet loading, education and rent payment par 1% surcharge lga rakha to bank card kyu card band karega wo to chahta hai ki tum debt trap me faso aur extra charges deke rotation karte raho taki Bank cashback cards ke liye paise tumse nikalte rahe.

DCBM doesn't give reward points on wallet?

Try snapay, 1% + GST and utility is mcc.
HDFC cards doesn't work there though, try doing small transactions

No. In fact, they will charge you an extra 1% if you use third parties (other than Payzapp).
