Credit Card UPI failing on UTS

Hello All,

I am a regular user of UTS. I do a recharge of Wallet with UPI of Rupay Credit Card. Today the Credit Card UPI failed. I have HDFC Tata Neu Infinity Rupay Credit Card, Kotak Urbane Gold Rupay Credit Card, BoB Easy Rupay Credit Card. I tried with all 3 Credit Card, it still failed. The money is deducted. But UTS error showing money declined by the sender's bank.
With Same Card on UPI, I am able to book metro ticket without any issue

Is Credit Card on UPI working for UTS today? Is any restriction from UTS Side for credit card on UPI? Anyone else facing the issue?

maybe banks are restricitng certain transaction where they have to pay surcharge and even pay rewards for the same

If that is the case, then money shouldn't have been deducted in the first place. The money is getting deducted and then the transaction is getting declined.

they will reverse it if it has been deducted

yes uts,irctc stopped accepting rupay cc upi

Use payU payment gateway. (Only works for bookings over IRCTC bookings)

Not able to pay in IRCTC with Rupay UPI

Hi Team, This is my first post. Recently I tried booking train tickets on IRCTC website and decided to pay using UPI with my Tata neu Rupay card. however i'm getting error message such that can't use overdraft account for this merchant. does anyone know the reason for such error. Thanks

it's only available in irctc website not in app, tatkal booking is difficult in website
