PNB Rupay credit card on UPI failing??

Seems PNB Rupay credit card on UPI failing, tried with both phonepe and gpay in 3 known shops and everytime it fails with technical issue on bank side error??
Any one facing the same?

It's not like that.It's still there.Suggesting kindly check whether you are using the latest version of BHIM and if not then kindly update the same from Play/App store.

Here attaching the screenshot of one of the failed transactions of mine to let you know that the option of UPI Help is still there.

You cannot transfer now for this category.
Transferring money to small merchants under P2PM category (Small merchants with an expected inward UPI transaction less than or equal to Rs 50,000 per month are categorised as 'P2PM' by NPCI). This would include a large number of small street vendors/shops — vegetable vendors, street food vendors, chaiwallahs, etc.

PNB card has been working fine for me. Could be merchant level issues though. A merchant wherein I had no issues earlier, now I can't pay with either PNB or HDFC on any app, Bhim, Paytm, Cred or Phonepe. It was working fine till last month. But both cards and all 4 apps working fine on other merchants. And on the merchant wherein I have issues now, UPI payments from account is working, and the merchant is still listed as business. What could be the issue?

Now merchant need to setup RuPay CC link UPI to accept payment -

nope working fine I pay to merchant qrs only

Today I paid 400 Rs at Petrol Pump. Payment failed on paytm but credit card account debited. I again paid by Paytm via bank account, then it was successful. I hope, amount will be credited soon.
