Credit card with free annual gym membership (other than SBI Pulse)

Any card with free annual gym membership? I only need gym access 8 times per month for strength sessions. Usual gym fees in South Mumbai are too high.

I know SBI pulse has free Fitness Pro membership, but I have applied for SBI Vistara Prime which is a much better card. Not sure if I can get SBI pulse right now.
