Credit Cards without DCC

What are the credit cards that don't have DCC charges now ?
Context: I have to make a payment on Agoda and it seems I cannot get Agoda to charge in the hotel currency as Agoda will only allow me to pay in INR
Hence looking for options where I can avoid DCC charges. I have cards from almost all banks

SBI cashback is the best option here... 5% with no DCC

Axis Atlas can give 10% here with 1.18% DCC

While paying via Agoda, the currency shown is INR, but SBI Cashback has declined the transaction, stating this is an international transaction!
So I am confused now? Should I go ahead, will I get 5% CB? or would I be charged forex markup or DCC!!
Plz help
