Credit Limit Increase Query

I am planning to ask CLE for my SBI card as it's low(1 lakh) impacting CIBIL score due to high utilisation. But I am also expecting that I keep getting Auto LE on my HDFC Card.
Does HDFC consider Overall Leverage while giving LEs?
