I have 2 SBI cards - simply click with 1 lac limit and cashback card with 55k limit. I asked SBI card customer care over call to transfer 85k limit from simply click to cashback card but due to network issue or miscommunication, he transferred 45k only. I instantly received limit transfer message and saw the new limits of 55k and 1 lac limit. I told him I need to transfer 85k and not 45k so he again took my request and transferred the remaining 40k . The new limits should be 15k and 140k but when I checked the SBI card app, the limits were 15k and 95k. Also in the new sms I received, it say limit increased from 55k to 95k. My previous 45k limit transfer was overrided by this request. I instantly complained to the person on call but he said I have to wait for 2 days and then it will be resolved but over a week has passed and still having this limit issue. Can anyone help regarding this issue?
