Credit limit transfer issue

I have 2 SBI cards - simply click with 1 lac limit and cashback card with 55k limit. I asked SBI card customer care over call to transfer 85k limit from simply click to cashback card but due to network issue or miscommunication, he transferred 45k only. I instantly received limit transfer message and saw the new limits of 55k and 1 lac limit. I told him I need to transfer 85k and not 45k so he again took my request and transferred the remaining 40k . The new limits should be 15k and 140k but when I checked the SBI card app, the limits were 15k and 95k. Also in the new sms I received, it say limit increased from 55k to 95k. My previous 45k limit transfer was overrided by this request. I instantly complained to the person on call but he said I have to wait for 2 days and then it will be resolved but over a week has passed and still having this limit issue. Can anyone help regarding this issue?
 
My friend faced the same issue last year, he asked customer care to restore his credit limit of both cards but they didn't do it. You can email nodal officer or customer service head to restore your credit limit. If they don't help, register a complaint against SBI Cards to RBI Banking ombudsman.

Check with cust care again by stating their mistake and if not getting rectified u have all rights to escalate

Thanks for sharing this. Yes as said in previous post, complain to nodal officer.
Also, lesson learnt here is that if such thing happen like customer care associate transfer wrong limit then better wait 1 or 2 days and attempt another limit transfer.
 
Update: Got a call from some senior customer care and he mailed someone in the backend team to verify my issue. After one day I got cibil hit and my limit was increased back to 1lac in simply click while my 95k in cashback card remaining unaffected.
